Health Fair

Hey friends on Saturday the 28th, I will be performing at 6:00 at the Utah County Health Fair and Dance Off at Pleasant Grove Jr High School! Come and learn how to keep up on those goals of being healthier and also have a fun time dancing! All proceeds go towards "Share Our Strength! No Kid Hungry!" bring your friends, family, neighbors, anyone you can think of. This is going to be great!! Hope to see you there! 

Realistic

will smith said "being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to mediocrity, why would you be realistic? what's the point of being realistic? The second I decide i'm going to do something, it's done." this video is just want i needed to hear. may to be a reminder to all of us. that if we work hard enough, nothing is impossible.

miss utah county 2011-2012

Life has a funny way of surprising you with things you never thought would happen, I have to admit that if you had told me a year ago that I would be going to Miss Utah for my second time and also that I would win one of the hardest pageants to win, I probably would have laughed and told you that you were totally crazy. For those of you who don't know me my name is Lauren Tucker and I was lucky enough to be crowned Miss Utah County 2011-2012. I am honored and excited to be representing such an amazing county.
